The groundskeeper who works here has a really cute accent, I'm not sure what it is, and is always smiling at me and is just super super super cute

I believe he's married but he's a total doll.

He's in the gym right now and I'm sitting here and he keeps walking by and smiling at me like oh my God this man...there's something about his smile

I KNOW I HAVE THE MOST AMAZING BOYFRIEND IN THE WORLD BUT DAMMIT THIS MAN IS A HUNK.

He's tall (almost too tall for my preference, but it's fine), dark hair, dark eyes (unless they're hazel--can't tell), and has a cute voice

I dunno how old he is buuuuuut yeah, adorable.
