She's a Fleeting Fox

I looked up your name on Facebook. You finally joined the military--the Navy to be exact. I remember how much you talked about wanting to do so. Wasn't ever sure if you were serious, but that picture confirmed it. You look older, which you are. When I knew you (never truly did...it's debatable) you were at least 20, 21. Now, at least 25. You look different too. I'm not sure how long you've been in the military, but I'm guessing awhile. It shows on your face. I wonder if you still carry a lot of those negative thoughts, as you used to. 

Honestly, I really wonder what you're like now. But I'll never know.
