Apparently, there is some thing on Blogger where I can view my stats from my blog. I can track who's viewing my blog and how many views per entry I have. Granted, people don't necessarily click on the link to view the entry--they can just scroll through, but still, that's pretty cool to me. My most viewed post is actually a poem.
When I realized it was that poem I kind of chuckled in my head (I'm in the guidance office so I don't want to seem crazy if I just bust out laughing) because it's one of the poems I read to Jamie on the phone one night with him. He actually really liked that poem, so he said. It only had 14 views, but that's better than nothing. It's not even one of my best poems. It's mediocre at best. But he likes it. Someone likes it.
Vincent didn't break up with me last night. Things are still okay. We just can't talk on the phone anymore because of his phone bill. Hopefully, there will be times in the future where we can talk for a little bit. But, for now, we're going to do the whole Skype thing. I don't know how to really use Skype, but I know that it's best if you use a headset with a microphone and everything so you can talk to..whoever you want. I went on Amazon last night and bought one. It looks like a pretty decent one. I think it's coming from...either Colorado or New Jersey. I just wanted to buy one from a place that looked reliable. So far, I haven't had any problems with Amazon. My last purchase was a $15 6-foot tri-pod. NO SHIPPING AND HANDLING! It took so long to get to me because it was coming from Sacramento, California--but I got it and it's great. My dad was proud of me for buying that because it really was a good deal.
Anyway, I can't wait until my headset comes so I can Skype with Vincent. Not talking to him on the phone last night was very hard. I get used to routine very quickly and breaking that routine makes me upset and annoyed--but I can't do anything about it. My phone bill isn't all messed up. He really should talk his parents into getting Verizon. SO much better, in my own opinion.
